"Through this movement, we want residents to understand about fire hazards. Thus they can be more careful and aware of this case," said Sucipto, Central Jakarta Gulkarmat Dept.'s Cempaka Putih Section Head, Saturday (11/3).

Based on monitoring in settlements, some residents are still using inadequate gas hoses and don't use national standard regulators.

"Mostly, we found out that many residents overload a socket by plugging too many appliances. We warn them to fix it," h e stated.
